Racer Instructions

1.作品内容和形式应遵守相关法律法规和政策，不得违背社会道德、公序良俗。作品内容和形式不得出现色情、暴力、反动、侵犯他人隐私及不宜公开传播内容。
The content and form of the works shall comply with relevant laws, regulations and policies, and shall not violate social morality, public order and good customs. The content and form of the work shall not be pornographic, violent, reactionary, invasion of others' privacy and shall not be disseminated in public.

2.如参赛者上传之作品，因侵权或者其他原因导致第三方向主办方主张权利的，主办方有权在不事先通知内容提供者的情况下直接采取删除、屏蔽、断开链接等必要措施，主办方不承担任何因此产生的相关责任。
If any third party claims the rights to the Sponsor due to infringement or other reasons, the Sponsor has the right to directly delete, block, disconnect and other necessary measures without notifying the content provider in advance, and the Sponsor does not assume any relevant responsibilities arising therefrom.

3.作品涉及的名誉权、著作权、肖像权等法律问题，均由内容提供者自行承担，主办方有权将内容重复使用于宣传、出版、发表、展览、演示等用途。
All legal issues related to the right of reputation, copyright, portrait and other rights shall be borne by the content provider. The Sponsor has the right to reuse the content for publicity, publication, publication, exhibition, demonstration and other purposes.

4.本次活动最终解释权归主办方所有。
The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity.
